Just two days after Aptos defeated Scotts Valley, they had yet another tough game against their rival, the Soquel Knights. From the start, it was apparent both teams were not going to let it be easy. After Soquel getting a goal that gave them the lead, Aptos immediately woke up. In the 21st minute, junior Susana Estrada assisted senior Brynn Mitchell to tie it up going into the second half. In the 15th minute of the second half, Estrada with her second assist of the game, gave Jazmine Castañeda her first goal of the night. From this time to the 23rd minute, Castañeda got two more goals with one assisted by senior captain Aubree Westjohn, along with Mitchell getting another goal herself. These two big wins this week give Aptos high hopes of having a good placement at the end of the season.
