Mark Ruelas

Mark Ruelas (class of 1990) – Mark was a varsity swimmer for four years, and a varsity water-polo player for three years. Mark was a double All-American in swimming both his junior and senior year, and he was SCCAL MVP in swimming his sophomore, junior, and senior year. Mark was also the SCCAL MVP in water-polo his junior year. In both his junior and senior year, Mark had the eight fastest times in the SCCAL in every event. At the end of his senior year, Mark held seven SCCAL records and many more school records. Mark went on to swim at Arizona State University, and he also played water-polo for their club team. He has been married for three years to Becky. Mark was presented into the Hall by his former coach, Jim Triplett.
