Bob Williams – Honorary Member (class of 1971) – Bob played basketball for Coach Warmerdam at Aptos, but gained most of his fame after high school. After having an outstanding playing career at Cabrillo College, Bob went on to become a successful head coach there as well. Bob had additional successful head-coaching stints at Menlo College and UC Davis. At UC Davis, Bob led his Aggies’ team to a NCAA Division II National Championship. Bob is currently the head coach at UC Santa Barbara, where his teams have consistently earned berths in both the NIT and NCAA post-season tournaments. Bob was presented into the Hall by Jim LaTorre.
