In our effort to continually improve our athletics program at Aptos HS, we have put our Student Athletic Survey and our Parent Athletic Survey on-line. However, you cannot submit them on-line. You'll have to download them, fill them out, and mail them or drop them off (100 Mariner Way, Aptos, 95003, Attn. AD Travis Fox).
